GCC is an elder-led, congregationally ruled church. We believe that the members of the church are those who have been born again, baptized and have covenanted to the local church. We believe that the whole congregation should be empowered to promote and protect the gospel. The role of elders are to lead and equip the congregation by teaching and by modeling to them. At GCC our goal is for our church members to do the work of ministry after being equipped by the elders of the church. Members get to work strengthening one another and pursuing Christ’s mission in the world.
